ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih shareholders have voted to pay dividends of 10.845 billion UAH.
The dividends are 2.81 UAH per ordinary share.
The terms of the payment will be later determined by the supervisory board.
Last time AMKR paid dividends in 2007. (Ukrainian metal)
