In July Russia imported 39.9 thousand tons of copper ore and concentrate, up by 15.2% MoM, but down by 19.4% YoY.
Deliveries from Malaysia totaled 23 thousand tons, and from Peru – 16.8% thousand tons, up by 53% MoM.
In 7 months copper ore imports decreased by 29.7% YoY, to 247 thousand tons.
In monetary terms since the start of the year the imports have grown by 13.3%.
Import prices dropped by 10% MoM in July, to $1380 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
