The Arbitrary court of Volgograd region has completely satisfied the claim of the power-selling company Leader to Krasniy Octyabr Iron and Steel Works.
The plant, which has been undergoing a bankruptcy procedure since last November, has been forced to pay more than half a billion rubles of debts.
The suit to the metal works was filed in late April. Leader has claimed 586 million rubles of debts on power agreements.
The debts cover the non-payment for the period from July 2018 till January 2019.
Since February Leader has ceased providing power to Krasniy Octyabr. The current power provider is paid in time and according to schedule. (Ukrainian metal)
