The dumping margin of Chinese seamless hot-rolled pipe suppliers is 86%.
In May the Ministry of economical development started an antidumping investigation on the import of such pipes at Interpipe’s request.
According to the company, in 4 years imports of Chinese seamless hot-rolled pipes have increased more than 4-fold. In 2018 deliveries totaled 32 thousand tons, or 50% of the Ukrainian imports.
This year the imports are expected to further increase. (Ukrainian metal)
