Lime manufacture in January-July increased by 4% YoY, to 1.2 million tons.
Dniepropetrovsk and Donetsk regions are still the major producers, accounting for 68% of the total output.
The growth is due to increase of lime output at Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works and Azovstroymaterialy.
The 10 largest manufacturers accounted for 86% of lime output.
Metal companies are usually the largest manufacturers of lime.
