The State Property Fund has announced an auction for privatization of the Murafskiy quarry in Vinnytsia region.
The auction will be held on September 7 with the starting price of 4.9 million UAH.
The winner will have to pay 11.1 million UAH of the quarry debts to its employees and the state budget.
The enterprise has suspended operation and lost its license to extract limestone since 2013. Now it employs 6 people.
The quarry comprises 15 real estate objects with the size of 1718 square meters (manufacturing shops, administrative buildings and warehouses). The size of the land plot is 28.1 ha. (Ukrainian metal)
