The Eurasian Economic Committee has decided to suspend the imposition of an antidumping duty of 34.22% on steel railroad wheels from Ukraine.

The decision comes into effect 30 days after publication and is valid through June 1, 2020.

The repeated antidumping investigation on import of wheels from Ukraine was initiated by BelAZ and Kazakhstan Railways.

According to EEC, the share of imports in Q1 was 11.7% as opposed to 18.4% a year earlier.

Ukraine accounted for 11.5% vs 18.4%. (Ukrainian metal)
