In January-June Ukrainian metal makers supplied 1.312 million tons of rolled metal to the domestic market.
In 6 months domestic market received 1.974 million tons of rolled metal, of which imports accounted for 661.8 thousand tons, or 33.5%.
In H1 2018 domestic market received 2.081 million tons, including 653.3 thousand tons of imports, or 31.4%
Thus, rolled metal consumption decreased by 5.17% YoY, while the share of imports grew by 1.3%.
CIS accounted for 55.3% of supplies, followed by the EU (18.2%) and Asia (14.8%). (Ukrainian metal)
