The Amur region gold-extracting enterprise KHERGU intends to yield 650 kg of the precious metal this season, down by 18.4% YoY.

The drop is due to the decrease of gold content in the sand.

The company started the washing season on April 29. So far, the output target has been 41.2% fulfilled, as the company has extracted 268 kg of gold.

The season will end on November 25.

KHERGU has been operating in the Amur region since 1997. Last year it extracted 797 kg of gold, and in 2017 – 753 kg. (Ukrainian metal)
