Following DTEK Rovenkiantrazit LLC and DTEK Komsomolets Donbassa Mine LLC bankruptcy, last week saw the start of a bankruptcy procedure at the Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works.
The company has been one of the main rolled metal manufacturers of Metinvest.
On July 1 the Commercial court of Donetsk region started bankruptcy proceedings of the company.
The proceedings were initiated by a Zaporozhye-based DP Modificator LLC. In 2015 the company sold 8.7 million UAH worth of powder wire to the works but did not receive payment. (Ukrainian metal)
