Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works, situated in the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, the terrorist organization created and supported by Russia, has resumed operation.
The enterprise has been idle for 8 months.
According to sources, EMZ plans to reach its design capacity, that is 3 million tons of steel per year.
At present only one converter of three is operating, as well as two ladle furnaces and two continuous-casting machines.
The second converter is expecting pig iron, while the third is under repair. (Ukrainian metal)
