Yenakievskiy Iron and Steel Works, situated in the Russia-occupied part of Donetsk region, will produce metal for Russian shipbuilding industry.
The company, in particular, will produce special steel sections to be delivered to Russia shipbuilding enterprises, the names of which have not been disclosed.
Prior to occupation, EMZ was a part of Metinvest. Now it is controlled by the so-called Donetsk Peoples’ Republic, a separatist government created and controlled by Russia. (Ukrainian metal)
