The Kirbinskiy Coal Pit has merged with the Russky Ugol Company.

The pit develops the Beyskoye deposit in the Republic of Khakassia.

In June Russky Ugol purchased 100% shares in the Kirbinskiy Pit LLC.

The pit reserves amount to 354 million tons of coal, and of the whole deposit – 3.2 billion tons.

This year Russky Ugol will invest over 1.7 billion rubles in the pit. In 2019 the pit is expected to mine 1.3 million tons of coal.

In future output will grow to 4 million tons per year, and with the favorable market situation – to 8 million tons.

In 2019-2021 over 8.3 billion rubles will be invested in the pit development. Some 450 locals will get a job.

In a 10-year period taxes to the regional and federal budgets will reach 7 billion rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
