The annual shareholders meeting of Ferrexpo has approved record-high dividends for 2018 – $0.231 per share, up by 40% YoY ($0.165).
Shareholders owing 99.73% of shares voted for the final dividends in the amount of $0.06 per share.
The meeting also reviewed the company operational report for 2018, with 66.69% voting in favor of it, and 33.31% against. (Ukrainian metal)
