In May, Ukraine decreased steel output by 4.7% MoM, to 1.89 million tons.
Pig iron manufacture dropped by 9.3%, to 1.698 million tons, while that of rolled metal grew by 4.3%, to 1.71 million tons.
In 5 months Ukraine produced 8.74 million tons of pig iron, 9.33 million tons of steel and 7.89 million tons of rolled metal, up by 2.7%, 7.6% and 2.2% YoY respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
