RZD has suggested changing the structure of tariffs on the transportation of the metal raw materials and finished products.
In particular, tariffs for the transportation of coke, iron ore concentrate and metal ores will sharply increase, while those for ferrous metal will slightly drop.
RZD believes, that as a result of the tariff change, metal companies’ expenses will not grow. Though, market participants have other views. (Ukrainian metal)
