The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade is initiating an antidumping investigation on the import of some Russian steel ropes.
The ministry received a complaint from a Ukrainian manufacturer, claiming that in 2016-2018 imported Russian steel ropes price was below the prime cost of similar products.
In 2018 the imports of Russian ropes grew by 29% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
