In March 113.3 million tons of cargo were transported by railroad, up by 0.5% YoY. In Q1 transportation grew by 0.7%, to 318.7 million tons.
In particular, in three months Russian railroad transported 29.3 million tons of iron and manganese ore, up by 7.7%.
The transportation of ferrous metals dropped by 1.7%, to 19.4 million tons.
At the same time, the transportation of ferrous scrap grew by 12.3%, to 2.8 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
