Russia is introducing licensing of aluminum discs imports from April 10 till October 9.
The licensing will cover aluminum wheel discs produced in countries outside the Eurasian Economic Union.
The development of the decree started in 2017, when the Ministry of Industry and Trade was discussing the issue of licensing aluminum discs imports from China.
According to the Aluminum Association, Russia imports over 1 million wheels per year, mostly from China. (Ukrainian metal)
