The state enterprise Ukrpromvneshekspertisa forecasts that in April scrap deliveries to metal companies will grow by 7% MoM, to 245 thousand tons.
In March deliveries will grow considerably on the basis of increasing purchasing prices and seasonal improvement of procurement.
In April-May delivery level will be roughly on the same level.
The forecast volumes of scrap delivery in May are 230 thousand tons.
According to the forecast, in March 243 thousand tons of scrap will be imported, in April – 235 thousand tons and in May – 220 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
