In 2018 Vysochaishiy mined the record volume of gold – 304.3 thousand ounces, up by 36% YoY.
New objects, commissioned last year, improved the output results, in particular, Taryn in the Republic of Sakha and Ugakhan in Irkutsk region. They yielded 55 thousand ounces and 56.9 thousand ounces respectively.
Another gold-mining record was set at the Bolshoy Kuranakh alluvial deposit in Yakutia – 17.4 thousand ounces.
Sales grew by 32%, to $357 million.
The company debt dropped to $72 million from $176 million.
This year Vysochaishiy intends to obtain 305-325 thousand ounces of gold. (Ukrainian metal)
