Magadan region is one of the richest regions in Russia in terms of mineral deposits. It has the largest reserves of silver, and is in top-5 in gold reserves.
This year Polyus Magadan will produce 35 tons of gold, which is the highest result so far.
For next year the gold annual output level will be increased to 40 tons, with the further growth to 50 tons. (Ukrainian metal)
