In January-November Ukraine exported 13.65 million tons of ferrous metal via seaports, up by 9% YoY.

In particular, pig iron exports grew by 36.6%, to 2.717 million tons, and scrap – by 2.2%, to 78.56 thousand tons, while rolled metal exports dropped by 0.9%, to 8.024 million tons.

In 11 months ore exports decreased by 7.8%, to 16.77 million tons, and coke – by 97.9%, to 3.62 thousand tons.

Metal products accounted for 33% of seaports export throughput in January-November.

In particular, Port Yuzhniy exported 16.09 million tons of metal, Mariupol – 3.855 million tons, Odessa – 2.952 million tons, Izmail – 2.949 million tons, Nikolaev – 2.603 million tons, Chernomorsk – 849 thousand tons, Olvia – 252 thousand tons and Kherson – 249 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
