ChTPZ will buy 49.813% of shares in Eterno LLC for 5.3 billion rubles from Mountrise Limited.
According to the company statement, the shares have to be paid for not later than on November 1.
The deal was concluded on September 10.
Eterno LLC is the joint project of ChTPZ and Rosnano to produce joint parts of pipelines using nano-structurized materials. (Ukrainian metal)
