Russia’s exports of ferrous metals increased by 13.5% YoY, to 27.452 million tons in January-July, the Federal Customs Service said.

Cast iron exports rose by 32.1%, to 3.383 million tons, and semi-finished carbon steel goods exports increased by 14.8%, to 9.507 million tons.

In monetary terms, ferrous metals exports rose by 33.9%, to $13.585 billion. Cast iron exports grew by 44.5%, to $1.241 billion and exports of semi-finished carbon steel goods increased by 46.8%, to $4.818 billion. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
