In January-July Ukraine exported 9.01 million tons of rolled metal, up by 6.1% YoY.
83.8% of the rolled metal produced was exported.
The share of semi-finished products in exports grew to 44.52% from 40.78% last year. The share of the flat rolled metal was 34.05% against 34.44%, and of bars – 21.43% against 24.78%.
The main export destinations of Ukrainian rolled metal were the EU (33.7%), Africa (16.1%), other European countries including Turkey (13.5%) and the Near East (11.2%). (Ukrainian metal)
