Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Works has shipped machinery of the edging stand for the continuous casting mill-1700, being reconstructed in Kosice.
The assembly of the stand is scheduled for the second half of August.
The mill-1700 was constructed by NKMZ in 1965. Its capacity is 3.2 million tons of rolled metal per year.
In 2017 NKMZ received 395 million UAH of net profit, having increased sales by 50%, to 4.7 billion UAH and output by 38%, to 4.25 billion UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
