From March 1, Novokramatorskiy Machine-Building Works is suspending the labor agreements with a part of its employees.
Since February 28, 2022, the employees have been idle with two thirds of their salary paid to them.
“Unfortunately, military activity still persists all over the Donetsk region, there are no new orders and electricity supplies are limited. Thus, there is no way to provide for employees’ safety and work,” the company said.
The suspension of labor agreements does not mean firing personnel.
As of early 2021, the company employed more than 8.2 thousand people. (Ukrainian metal)
