The Department on the domestic market protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission has repeatedly investigated the import of graphitized electrodes from India.
The department believes it is possible to prolong the protective measures for 5 more years, as the term of the previous duty is drawing to an end.
The second investigation started in October 2017 at the request of the Novocherkassk Electrode Works. (Ukrainian metal)
