Kopy Goldfields AB decided to sell rights to develop Kopylovsky project deposits.

The deal estimated at $6 million is expected to be finalized in Q3.

The Kopylovsky project comprises 4 deposits in Irkutsk region: Kopylovskoye, East field, as well as Pravovesenniy and Takhtykan sites.

The licenses to develop the deposits are owned by Kopy Goldfields subsidiary – Tayezhnoye LLC.

The Kopylovskoye reserves are estimated at 7.4 tons of C1+C2 gold. (Ukrainian metal)
