VNIGRIugol, a part of the state holding Rosgeologia, has begun the summer season at the Lakhskaya field in Sakhalin.
The agreement on the work was concluded in autumn 2017.
The specialists will have to examine the quality of the coal and determine its grade contents. (Ukrainian metal)
