In spring RG Gold commissioned the third crushing complex at the Yuzhniy Raigorodok and Severniy Raigorodok in Akmola region.
This allowed the company to increase annual ore processing from 1.3 million tons to 2 million tons and produce some 45-50 thousand ounces (1.5 tons) of gold.
Investments in the development totaled $6.7 million in 2017-2018, some 140 jobs were created.
The company also intends to construct a gold-extracting factory, which will use the technique of direct leaching. The annual processing capacity will be 6 million tons of ore, producing 160 thousand ounces of gold and creating 1 thousand jobs. Investments in the construction of the factory will reach $250-300 million. Commissioning is scheduled for 2021-2022. (Ukrainian metal)
