The Chief state expertise agency of Russia has approved the first stage of the Zashulanskoye deposits pit development in Zabaykalye region.
Razrezugol LLC is carrying out the project.
The company plans to carry out mining operations, as well as construct a coal warehouse and inner road network.
The enterprise is expected to reach its project capacity in 3-5 years.
The annual capacity of the coal pit will be 1 million tons. The company intends to increase output to 12 million tons of coal per year, and construct a railroad branch and electricity lines. (Ukrainian metal)
