In January-March Donetsk region mined 3 million tons of coal, down by 1.1% YoY.
Coking coal share increased by 20.9%, while that of power-generating coal dropped by 6.3%.
Coke output totaled 1.3 million tons, up by 14.6%.
Steel manufacture decreased by 11.6% YoY, to 1.9 million tons, while that of rolled metal – by 17.7%, to 1 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
