As of April 1, the gold-extracting companies of Magadan region mined 3933 kg of ore gold, with 1417 kg obtained in March.
Silver output in three months totaled 163.9 tons.
Gold mining increased by 11% YoY, while that of silver dropped by 8.3%. The decrease has to do with the scheduled drop of output at Polymetal assets.
At present only ore gold in mined. Alluvial gold season will last from May till October.
This year the region intends to get 37.1 tons of ore and alluvial gold and 665 tons of silver. (Ukrainian metal)
