In January Russia increased aluminum billets exports by 50.8% YoY, to 301.6 thousand tons.
According to the customs statistics, the revenue grew by 98.6%, to $602 million. This is the record for the past several years.
The average price of aluminum in January was $2000 per ton FOB Russian border, up by 3.6% MoM and by 31.7% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
