The development of the Tekhutskoye mine has not been stopped, it has just been suspended, and the operation will start in late 2018 – early 2019.
The program to develop the copper-molybdenum deposits was approved by the government in November 2007.

The first stage of the development will see the mining and processing of 7 million tons of ore per year.
On average in the first 10 years it is expected to produce 64 thousand tons of copper concentrate with the copper content of 31% and some 760 tons of molybdenum concentrate (50%) per year.
