In 2017 Berezitovsky Mine LLC, a part of Nordgold, produced 2.933 tons (94.3 thousand ounces) of gold, up by 18% YoY.
According to the company press-service, the increase has to do with the growth of the manufacturing efficiency as well as commissioning of the third stage of the quarry.
Last year the company mined some 990 thousand tons of ore. Including stocks, the volume of ore processing totaled 1.8 million tons, up by 24% YoY.
Gold sales revenue reached 6.8 billion rubles.
Berezitovsky Mine has been developing the gold-polymetal deposits of the same name in Amur region since 2007. (Ukrainian metal)
