The physical volume of deals with gold on the Moscow Exchange fell by 5.3% YoY, to 5.3 tons in January-February, the exchange said in a statement.
The amount of deals with silver surged to 2,461 kilograms in the period from 140 kilograms in the same period of 2017.
In monetary terms, gold and silver deals amounted to 13 billion rubles in the period, down from 13.3 billion rubles in January-February 2017. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
