The arbitrary court of the Volgograd region decided not to review the claim of the tax service on declaring Volgograd Iron and Steel Works “Krasniy Octyabr” insolvent.
The tax inspection wanted the works to be declared insolvent because of its tax debts. As of December 1, 2017 the company had a debt to the budget of 666.5 million rubles.
The works did not agree with this, saying that tax service was claiming the debts too soon. Moreover, the works paid 200 million rubles in December 2017, though the tax service ignored the fact. (Ukrainian metal)
