The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved of the creation of the Interpipe and Vallourec (France) joint venture.
The committee has also granted Vallourec a right to acquire some assets of Interpipe Limited to allow it selling and promoting seamless pipes in EU.
In November 2017 the Antimonopoly Service of Germany allowed Interpipe to create the joint venture with Vallourec in Europe. (Ukrainian metal)
