In January Belarus Iron and Steel Works decreased imports of ferrous metal scrap from Russia by 26.6% MoM and by 0.3% YoY, to 80.4 thousand tons.
In 2017 BMZ increased scrap imports from Russia by 11.2% YoY, to 1.358 million tons, having almost repeated the results of the year 2015.
Last year the company increased profits 5-fold YoY, to $71 million.
Sales revenue grew by 132%, to $1.166 billion. (Ukrainian metal)
