In January-September Metinvest B. V. (the Netherlands) sold 3.363 million tons of metal valued at $1.843 billion on the European market as opposed to 3.541 million tons at $1.447 billion in 9 months of 2016.
According to preliminary results for January-September, in Ukraine the group sold 2.019 million tons of metal at $1.214 billion against 1.858 million tons valued in $806 million last year.
In the Near East and North Africa sales totaled 1.993 million tons for $971 million as opposed to 2.147 million tons valued at $735 million, and in North America – 799 thousand tons at $312 million (610 thousand tons at $164 million).
In CIS the group sold 866 thousand tons of metal valued at $572 million (838 thousand tons at $409 million).
In 9 months the company sold 2.096 million tons of semi-finished products and 6.399 million tons of ready-made goods as opposed to 1.946 million tons of semis and 6.56 million tons of ready-made products in January-September 2016. (Ukrainian metal)
