While miners are not paid their wages, the state decided to recover over 70 million UAH from Volynugol for not meeting the coalmining plan.
Volynugol had to mine 200 million UAH worth of coal for the customer, having received the 90% prepayment, but the miners failed to provide the required amounts of coal.
“The miners are physically unable to produce the required amount of coal because of the complex economic situation at the enterprise”, Volynugol commented. (Ukrainian metal)
