In 2018 DTEK intends to increase gas coal output in Ukraine by 1.5-2 million tons.
“This year we will increase output by 1.5-2 million tons, to 23 million tons. And we intend to try to repeat this increase next year as well”, DTEK Energo deputy commercial director Dmitry Malyar said.
In January-October DTEK imported 1.4 million tons of coal.
“The year results will depend on the temperature results and the energy system needs. We could import 2.5-3 million tons”, he added. (Ukrainian metal)
