Russia: Primorye to limit scrap exports

The people deputies of Primorye region have discussed the appeal of the regional port authorities to limit exports of ferrous metals scrap. The share of the region in the Russian scrap exports does not exceed 20%. Exports mostly go to South Korea. Direct railroad exports of scrap are almost zero. (Ukrainian metal)
