In January-September Petropavlovsk Plc produced 336.4 thousand ounces of gold at its 4 mines in Priamuriye, up by 12.8% YoY (298.1 thousand ounces).
The Pioneer mine yielded 131.8 thousand ounces, up by 25% YoY, Albyn mine – 138 thousand ounces, up by 10.3%, and Malomyr mine demonstrated the growth of 9.5%. At the same time, Pokrovsky mine decreased output by 17.7%, to 22.8 thousand ounces.
This year Petropavlovsk intends to obtain 420-460 thousand ounces of gold, thus its mines still have to yield some 84-125 thousand ounces. (Ukrainian metal)
