In January-September the St. Petersburg subsidiary of the First Cargo Company transported 108 thousand tons of ore and non-ferrous concentrates, up by 75% YoY.
The subsidiary throughput in this segment increased by a third and reached 178 million ton-km.
According to the company statement, the main cargoes are nickel matte, alumina and aluminum ore.
Nickel matte transportation increased 4.5-fold, to 82 thousand tons, aluminum ore – 6 thousand tons (not transported last year). (Ukrainian metal)
