According to the State Statistics Committee, in January-July the country imported 162.8 thousand tons of rolled metal, up by 7.3% YoY, valued at $100.52 million.
Ferrous rods imports reached 66.38 thousand tons, up by 23.8%, valued at $33.39 million, angles – 22.255 thousand tons, up by 35.6%, valued at $15.9 million.
At the same time ferrous pipes imports dropped by 66.2%, to 57.45 thousand tons, valued at $97.5 million. (Ukrainian metal)
