In January-August Zabaikalye region mined 13 million tons of coal, down by 5% YoY.
At present 12 companies mine for coal in the region. 66% of the total volume was mined by Razrez Tugnuysky (a part of SUEK), followed by Razrez Urtuguysky (Atomredmetzoloto) and Razrez Kharanorsky (SUEK), which accounted for 23.3%.
Last year the region mined 20 million tons of coal, up by 5% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
